Warranty
IRUS Eyewear is committed to providing post-purchase support and conditional warranty coverage for its products to ensure customer satisfaction in case of any problems faced by you. We trust that you will find our products flawless and enjoyable. This warranty assures you that the products purchased from our website are free from defects in design, manufacturing, or workmanship ("Warranty"). Upon purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy ("Warranty Policy"). In the event of any issues, please follow the procedure below to avail our after-sale support and Warranty.
1. Warranty Period: The warranty offered by this warranty policy will start from the date of purchase through our website and valid up to one year after that (the "Warranty Period").
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for this Warranty:
- You must mail at our customer support at customer.care@iruseyewear.com with valid invoice, along with Product Picture mentioned the defect/issue of the product, your name and contact details.
- On Approval you must keep ready for pick up the Original Product along with its accessories received along with the Original Product, our delivery partner will come and collect the same accordingly.
3. Warranty Conditions: This Warranty is limited to any damage to the product resulting from manufacturing defects, design and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
4. Our Responsibilities: At our sole discretion, we shall service / replace and arrange to satisfy with the warranty condition in case unable to service / replace the product we will reimburse the purchase price of the product. We reserve the right, to choose the best substitute.
5. Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damages and/or defects resulting from conditions other than those mentioned, including but not limited to natural wear and tear, improper maintenance, wrong handling and negligence in use. Our decision shall be final with respect to nature of defect and applicability of Warranty.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The laws of India will govern this warranty policy, and the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims resulting from it.
7. Amendment: We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions herein.
